Kathryn Dilworth is pioneering the integration of artificial intelligence into academic environments at the John Martinson Honors College, specifically positioning this instruction within philanthropic studies. Her research efforts are dual-focused, exploring innovative AI applications and delving into philanthropic practices and their impacts. Kathryn's courses, such as Interdisciplinary Approaches to Writing and Nonprofits & Philanthropy, leverage AI to enhance educational outcomes and provide comprehensive insights into the nonprofit sector. She actively engages students with real-world challenges, facilitating a Philanthropy Mentoring Network that bridges academic learning with practical nonprofit management. Her work advances philanthropic studies and aims to develop competency in an expanding digital world, equipping future leaders with the tools necessary to navigate and innovate within this dynamic landscape.
