Honors Ambassadors selected for 2016-17

The Honors College has just completed its selection of Honors College Ambassadors for the 2016-17 school year. Congratulations to this group of highly motivated student leaders. Honors Ambassadors are dedicated to serving and representing the Purdue Honors College.

“They are very enthusiastic about sharing their experiences in the Honors College,” program director Mindy Hart says, of the 2016-17 group. “Many decided to become an ambassador because of an interaction they had with an ambassador as a prospective student.”

Honors Ambassadors work with the recruiting office to provide insight about the college during high school visits, campus tours, special events, community service projects, speaking engagements and more. While interacting and engaging with future students, they will gain critical leadership skills and develop their confidence as a spokesperson.
