The purpose of the Honors Leadership Symposium is to provide a platform so leaders may share their experiences and learn from their peers. Any Honors student is invited to present and/or attend on Nov. 14. If you would like to present, please download and submit this application following the instructions provided by October 30.

Spring 2016
In this course, Innovator in Residence Melissa Fraterrigo, founder of the Lafayette Writers' Studio, will guide you in articulating your own past. Apply these new writing skills to help a member of a nursing home in West Lafayette create their childhood story.

HONR 29900: Innovation Forum
Spring 2016
This seminar, led by Innovator in Residence Dr. Larry Bowne, will encourage you to examine the role of the American city in sponsoring and encouraging ingenuity, innovation, and creativity. Then pursue an independent study project that investigates the infrastructural, entrepreneurial and communitarian sources of innovation. In Fall 2016, these projects will be displayed in the Innovation Forum of the new Honors College and Residences building.

JPUR Callout and Abstract Writing Workshop

The Journal of Purdue Undergraduate Research serves as an opportunity for student researchers to get their research out there and experience the publishing process. This callout will explain what JPUR is and outline the submission process. The abstract workshop will allow for students interested in submitting to draft potential submission material. Food will be provided.

Research Roundtable

The Purdue Society of Professional Engineers and Tau Beta Pi, along with four participating colleges, are sponsoring the 5th annual Research Roundtable. The event aims to connect Purdue undergraduate students with Purdue faculty, research groups, and even other outside companies/research affiliates, and will take place on November 10th, 2015 from 9AM to 4PM. The event is broken up into two sessions: 9:00AM - 12:15PM & 12:45PM - 4:00PM.
