UK and Ireland Scholarships Week

This week: Mar. 9 - Mar. 12, 2015

Guest speakers, information and callouts for students with outstanding academics, leadership skills and a global perspective. The Rhodes, Mitchell, Marshall, Gates Cambridge and Churchill Scholarships each fund graduate school in the UK or Ireland. Rhodes Scholarship District IX Secretary David Johnson will give information from inside the scholarship on Wednesday. Check the event schedule to see which Purdue winners and finalists present this week.


Priority Registration
Advising Fall 2015

Registration open Mar. 24 to Mar. 28

Fall 2015 priority registration will open March 24th and close on March 28th at 12:00pm. As you work to prepare your Fall 2015 schedule, the Honors College encourages you to take advantage of walk-in advising office hours.

Thesis/Scholarly Project

New information on the thesis/scholarly project has been posted to the Honors College website. This includes information about the HONR 399 thesis planning and thesis writing workshops. In these courses, learn to develop a research question and prepare an undergraduate research presentation.

Program

Applications for the spring 2016 Copernican Scholars Exchange Program in Padua, Italy are now being accepted. Come to the callout for more information. Application deadline is April 13, 2015, so act now!

Venice

Applications for the Honors course in Italy are still open. Students with a GPA of 3.0 or above can study abroad for HONR credits.

2015 Liberal Arts Honors Colloquium

The Honors Colloquium is an annual event held during the Spring semester in which College of Liberal Arts students present work they have done for honors courses.


Discovery Park Open House
