Allison Turner
2015-16 Fulbright Grantee
Oh Canada! You are lucky to get Allison as a Masters student at the University of Waterloo, funded by a Fulbright U.S. Student Grant. We'd like to keep her here on our side of the border, but she will stay with you for a while to study a systemic approach to water governance in the Great Lakes from the Canadian side. That's okay. We know we'll see her later when she comes back to shape U.S. water policy.
